This recipe is a great way to use up the leftovers from your holiday feast.
3 cups cooked turkey meat, roughly diced (or use beef, pork, lamb, etc.)
1 1/2 cups gravy
1 1/2 cups combined cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
1 cup leftover stuffing
2 cups mashed potatoes
Dash of paprika
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. The meat mixture should be bubbling hot and the crust just starting to brown. Serves 4 to 6.
