GARLICIOUS GRIND is also great on scrambled eggs, omelets, roasted or mashed potatoes, veggies, sandwiches, toasted nuts, and popcorn! We "put it on everything"!

Mix up a batch of DILLY DIP per the package directions. Place fish (salmon or bluefish are divine, but any type of fish will do) on a large piece of doubled aluminum foil and coat both sides well with the dip. Seal the foil carefully and place onto a baking pan. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes for each 1 inch of thickness of the fish. Check for doneness. (You can also cook the fish on a gas or charcoal grill over medium heat.) It makes its own sauce right in the foil! When the fish is cooked through, plate the fish, pour the sauce over and serve immediately.

Try DILLY DIP on Baked Potatoes, or as a sandwich spread.

The oil and vinegar recipe for our ITALIAN HERBAL SEASONING makes a wonderful marinade for chicken, pork or vegetables on the grill. Brush the meat and veggies with extra marinade as it's cooking for some added zest.

Sauté onions, peppers and garlic in olive oil. Add a large can of crushed tomatoes and 1 tablespoon ITALIAN HERBAL Mix. Simmer sauce for 20 minutes. Chop Romano or Parmesan cheese into bite size chunks (about 1 lb. to serve 4). Stir the cheese into the sauce and remove it from the heat. (you want the cheese to soften but not melt completely.) Allow the sauce to sit for 5 minutes. Toss with your favorite pasta.

Italian Herbal Mix

Add 1/2 teaspoon of the BOURSIN STYLE dry mix to 2 Tbsps. melted butter and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Baste on chicken as it bakes.

Prepare BOURSIN STYLE dip as per package directions. In 1 tablespoon butter, sauté 1 lb. of shrimp or scallops (or your favorite seafood). Add the prepared BOURSIN STYLE into the hot pan and stir to melt it to create Cheater's Alfredo Sauce. Add a small amount of cream or milk to create desired consistency. Toss with your favorite pasta and serve with hot French bread and a salad for an easy meal.

Rub a roast of beef, pork or lamb with a generous pinch (or more, to taste) of the BOURSIN STYLE dry mix before roasting. Good on a steak , too!

Create a layered dip for a party. Press softened cream cheese in a 1/2 inch layer into the bottom of a serving dish. Prepare MEXICALI DIP according to the package directions (you should be making this ahead of time!), and spread in a layer over the cream cheese. Spread a layer of sour cream evenly over the MEXICALI layer, then sprinkle with some grated Monterey Jack cheese. Serve with taco chips and "dip" through the layers!

- Add 1 Tbsp. of our MEXICALI DIP MIX to 1/2 cup plain vinegar and 1/2 cup olive oil. It's a great marinade for "buffalo wings". Reserve some of the marinade to brush on the chicken as it cooks for extra flavor.
