ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Penny Sandora, along with her husband Richard, operates the Northeast Corner Herb Farm, in Fort Ann, New York. An accomplished cook and culinary herbalist, she enjoys creating unique dishes with the many herbs and edible flowers at hand in their gardens.
She has presented many seminars on the use of herbs and flowers in the kitchen, has written articles for various publications and writes a quarterly newsletter distributed in the Adirondacks.
